He has received training in Costa Rica and Peru, in courses of Commercial l, Labor and Tax Law and collection services.
Litigator and Corporate Lawyer with over 16 years of professional experience in advisory to national and transnational enterprises, public institutions and municipalities.

He has extensive experience in contracts consulting, conciliatory procedures, litigation and arbitration. He has served as adviser to professional associations. Also, he has participated in conferences and national seminars.

He has worked for companies such as Phillip Morris, Kraft Foods and many others of the top 100 companies operating in Costa Rica. On average, Sergio has been handling the payroll of over 2,500 employees to several organizations.
