TIP: Patente de invención es amortizable y no genera ganancia de capital gravable


La patente de invención, pese a sí ser amortizable de acuerdo con el artículo 8, inciso f) de la Ley del Impuesto sobre la Renta en Costa Rica, no genera ganancia de capital gravable, por no ser un bien tangible.
